Red rock canyon was a nice adventure right outside of our camping spot in Waterton. We had just hiked one side of the gulley and 5 minutes later saw a black cub where we had been.We hiked to the falls and went to the river side to put our feet in , whew it was frigid. Due to all the fires in the area and surrounding mountains sometimes visability was 2 miles . Ice fields parkway was pretty bad . As you can see the smoke makes it hard to see the Glaciers.The photo of us is at Bo Lake it is a pretty blue and deserted , unlike Lake Louise which is very congested.We ran across the Elk on the morning we were headed to Maligne Lake in Jasper. He put on quite a show and everyone stopped to admire his royality.
